  • DIY Luxe Events is a do-it-yourself event hire service that offers affordable event rentals and décor options to help you create a beautiful and stylish event.

  • DIY Luxe Events is ideal for any special event, regardless of size or type. Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner gathering or a grand celebration like a birthday, baby shower, kids party, christening, engagement party, wedding, corporate event, and beyond, we've got you covered.

  • Yes we ask for a 20% non refundable deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is then due 7 days before your event.

  • We do ask for a $100 bond when you receive your items. This is just a $100 hold on your preferred card which is released when all items are returned, on time, clean and undamaged.

  • If your event date is on a weekend, your hire will automatically be for the entire weekend. Your will be able to collect your items on the Friday and return on the Monday.

  • We are only open Saturday morning between 8am & 10am for our clients that are not able to collect on the Friday. We are not open at all on Sundays.

  • We can do out of hours deliveries and collections however After Hours Fees will apply

  • Yes we can deliver and collect for you for an additional fee or you have the option of picking up from our Warehouse.

  • Our delivery fees are:

    LOCAL $85 plus gst (within 15km's of our warehouse)

    BRISBANE $110 plus gst

    GOLD COAST $220 plus gst

    Delivery Fees also include collection.

  • We are based on Brisbane's Southside at Hillcrest, just next to Browns Plains. Our address is

  • The cost of renting from DIY Luxe Events varies depending on the size and type of event you are planning, as well as the specific rental items and décor you choose. We work with you to create a custom package that meets your budget.

  • We offer a wide range of rental items and décor options, including tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, lolly carts, kids teepees, backdrops, props and much more.
